Substitution/Transfer Policy

Confirmed registrations may be transferred from one party to another party within the same company up to two weeks prior (April 21, 2020) to the start date of Journey Summit 2020 (May 5, 2020), after which time no substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To help us best accommodate the needs of all attendees and our planning staff, we ask that you read the following cancellation and refund policy before purchase of your registration.

Cancellations will be offered according to the following schedule:

- If received before January 1, 2020, 100% refund
- If received before March 1, 2020: 50% refund
- If received before April 1, 2020: 25% refund

No refunds will be issued on or after April 1, 2020. Refunds will NOT be given to no-shows.

Cancellation and registration transfer requests, along with your electronic receipt of purchase, must be emailed to [email protected].

Related Travel

You are solely responsible for hotel and/or other travel accommodations you may book or have already booked and/or paid for.

Force Majeure

If events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war in the United States, strikes, terrorist attacks in the city where the event is being held, or curtailment of transportation either in the conference city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees, which prevents at least 30% of the attendees from arriving for the first day of the event, so that it is impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the conference, we may cancel the conference and offer attendees a credit for a future Jornaya event, subject to any applicable deductions for fees we are unable to recover from our vendors and event coordinators.

Photography, Recording and Video Taping

By attending Journey Summit 2020, you give your permission to be photographed, recorded, and/or videotaped; in addition, as an attendee you provide us full discretion over the use of your photo and/or likeness for public posting and/or future marketing of the Summit and general business. You will refrain from photographing, recording, and/or videotaping any portion of the Summit on any of your devices or smartphones, whether owned by you or your company.

Except as otherwise indicated, all content on this site and the Journey Summit 2020 website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, questionnaires, and software, is the property of Lead Intelligence, Inc. d/b/a Jornaya, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
